Moderna Booster Doses & Flu vaccine now in stock

COVID Vaccine Boosters have been approved! We will offer the Moderna vaccine booster doses starting this week Wednesday - Friday 10am-5pm - You can mix & match your booster doses!

The following people will be eligible for booster doses per WA DOH & CDC: At least six months after completing the primary Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series, the following groups of people are eligible for a booster dose: Those 65 and older, Those 18 – 64 who live in long-term care settings, Those 18 – 64 who have underlying medical conditions, and Those 18 – 64 who work or live in high-risk settings. At least two months after receiving the single-dose J&J vaccine, it is recommended that everyone 18 and older receive a booster dose. Be sure to bring your vaccine cards & insurance cards (if you have Medicare, bring your Medicare Part B card that is red white & blue) with you when you come in - if you don't have insurance COVID vaccine is FREE. There will be a small form to fill out beforehand - if you'd like to save some time you can print and complete the form below and bring it with you.

Be sure to bring your insurance card with you - if you have Medicare, bring your Medicare Part B card (red white & blue). If you'd like to save some time, you can print the form below and bring with you the day you get your vaccine.
